GE15: PH won 82 parliamentary seats

SHAH ALAM – The Pakatan Harapan (PH) coalition managed to win 82 seats in Parliament in the 15th General Election (GE15).

The decision was announced by the Election Commission (SPR) through its statement on Sunday.

Based on the statement, the 82 Parliaments that PH won included those obtained from the DAP party which is five seats while the Malaysian Democratic Alliance (Muda) one parliamentary seat.

Meanwhile, the Perikatan Nasional (PN) coalition won 73 Parliaments including 22 seats from Pas.

In addition, Barisan Nasional (BN) managed to win a total of 30 Parliament seats, Gabungan Parti Sarawak (GPS) won 22 seats, Parti Gabungan Rakyat Sabah (GRS) (six), Parti Warisan Sabah (Warisan) (three) and Independent candidates (two) ).

Meanwhile, Parti Bangsa Malaysia (PBM), Parti Kesejahteraan Demokratik Masyarakat (KDM) each got one seat in Parliament after the EC announced the latest decision involving the Kota Marudu Parliament.

According to the statement, the KDM candidate, Datuk Wetrom Bahanda won the Kota Marudu Parliament with a total of 24,318 votes and a majority of 8,174 votes.
