GE15: The process of rejuvenating UMNO, BN was successful – Nur Jazlan

JOHOR BAHRU: The process of rejuvenating UMNO and Barisan Nasional (BN) especially in the 15th General Election (GE15) succeeded in producing positive results when the community, including the young, became more friendly to BN.

The Deputy Chairman of the Johor UMNO Liaison Body, Datuk Nur Jazlan Mohamed said that this can be seen through the campaign carried out by his side in the Pulai Parliamentary constituency.

According to the BN candidate in the seat, the previous Johor State Election (PRN) has proven that effort when UMNO and BN succeeded in establishing a new state government and appointing Menteri Besar among young people.

“The desire and hope of young people is for the government to show them the way to help them reach the future, especially after the political chaos since 2018.

“Maybe young people haven’t made a decision yet, but because they want a better future. So, they can consider BN, our vote in GE15,” he said after campaigning in Skudai Kiri, here today.

Nur Jazlan said that the process of rejuvenating UMNO and BN will be proven once again on November 19 when Malaysians, including young people, give support and trust to BN to return to govern the country.

“This is because if you look at it, BN is the political party that puts up the most new and young candidates, alongside senior candidates who are really serious and committed to improving the well-being of the people.

“The process has happened smoothly in Johor, now the next step is to ensure that the same process also happens at the central level after GE15.

“It is important for the people to ensure that the state government and the central government are administered by the same government to enable all planning and development that has been planned to be implemented successfully,” he said. – MESSENGER
